This is the view from the Four Seasons Hotel where the squadron had their Admin room:
This is another view that includes the infinity pool where Jason enjoyed swimming a few times:
When Jason visited Hong Kong a year ago during his surge cruise, a group of guys from his squadron took him to Bowen Wong, a custom tailor. This time, Jason brought in a picture of a suit he liked from a magazine, got measured, selected the material for his suit and shirts, and the suit appeared on our doorstep a month later. The tailor, Mr. Wong, has evidently catered to the frequent military clientele for several decades and he always makes it a point to take his customers out to a traditional lunch. Here is the group of guys with Bowen Wong:
There was a change of command for the Skipper and XO just before this port call and the whole squadron had a celebratory meal at Victoria Peak. I'm pretty sure they rode a tram to the top of the peak.

What was supposed to be a four day visit in Hong Kong got cut 12 hours short due to the fact that the typhoon that hit the Philipines was heading towards Hong Kong. The Reagan ended up helping out with some of the typhoon relief measures in the Phillipines.
