Wiggle Worm

Benjamin is turning into a wiggle worm! While he still hasn't learned how to roll from his back to his tummy and thus discover a sense of mobility through rolling to get places, he is becoming very proficient at wiggling all over the place. Yesterday he was playing on his playmat on the living room floor while I was organizing the laundry and when I came back into the room, he'd manged to spin 180 degrees as well as inch right off the mat!
He's at a very fun stage where he is full of smiles and seems to be more aware of his surrounds. He has finally begun to notice Lucy and loves to smile and laugh at her.
Benjamin often joins me in the kitchen where he sits in his Bumbo seat. He's finally gotten to that point where everything goes straight into his mouth. He especially likes to double fist his bear and a burp cloth.
